Our Client is a multinational packaging company and is looking for a Business Developer F/M to develop his activities in France.

Job purpose:

This position will be responsible for Sales and Business Development for packaging films product (such as BOPET/CPP/BOPP). The person should be well familiar with and selling into the converting market for flexible packaging.

Principal accountabilities:

·Increasing sales volume of the company’s products and meeting the annual and monthly sales target

·Projecting expected sales volume and profits for the existing and the new products

·Meet the target revenue collection through sales on monthly basis

·Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in the company’s products

·Able to improve product marketability and profitability by actively participating in different sales promotion events

·Prospect and identify potential customers and create a business development plan to reach them

·Able to handle customer objections, negotiate and ensuring sales closure

·Develop new business relationships and generate new revenues for the business

·Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base

.Carrying out research on competitor products and services thereby devising the strategies for new products and enhancements in the existing products.

·Able to establish and maintain productive business relationships by providing efficient and effective services.

.Able to identify and capitalizes on customer‘s additional product/service requirements

.Able to build a compelling value proposition and support in building and positioning the organisation brand.

·Able to understand, articulate and fulfill customer‘s requirement & expectation

·Able to make good follow-through in answering customer’s queries

·Analyze and present offerings to the customer that focus on addressing customers’ needs better than competition.

.To manage the Market Excellence/Intelligence process gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future trends, to support sales campaigns.

Skills and knowledge:

·MBA (Marketing) from a reputed University / College

·5-8 years of Industry exposure

Technical and Behavioral Skills:

·Knowledge of film products (such as BOPET/CPP/BOPP), manufacturing process & equipment’s

·Able to generate creative/innovative solutions

·Good track record of implementing marketing and sales strategies

·Strong customer management skills

·Good communication, presentation, networking and relationship building skills

·Performance and result oriented, able to stretch and work in pressure situations

·Able to participate in new learning opportunities with enthusiasm and see new emerging developments as an opportunity for personal growth #LI-KG
